I hate abusing my body. 
Whenever I'm in a dull mood, I eat. 
Whenever I want some immediate form of relaxation and time-out I head straight for 8 hours of laptop time. 
When I want to shelter myself from the world, outside, I stay indoors and neglect exercise. 

Let's stop this here and now. 
Eat healthy, exercise regularly, sleep, study, outings, friends, time by myself and a balance. 
It won't be easy. 
But nothing worth it, is.
